Welcome to the website of Professional Vision Center, located in beautiful Hendersonville, North Carolina. Dr. Timothy P. Anderson is licensed by the N.C. State Board of Examiners in Optometry. He is a member of the American Optometric Association as well as the N.C. State Optometric Society and has been practicing optometry for 20 years. Dr. Anderson joined Dr. Douglas Heim in the practice in 2003 and has purchased the practice upon Dr. Heim's retirement in 2011. From this web page you can find information about our practice, explore links related to your eyecare needs, and purchase your replacement contact lenses on-line. We accept many medical insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Community Eye Care, Superior Vision, Vision Care Plan, Cigna, Medcost, United Health Care and others. We are open Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Appointments are preferred, but patients with urgent needs can be worked-in as needed.
